Chess Tiger Lite App Reviews

This is the best of several iPod chess applications that Ive tried.

The app teaches you chess by just playing the game. You are supposed to learn strategy from trial and error. It will not work for everyone. If you want more instruction the developer has another app that coaches you during the game.

Great app for getting back into chess. The helpful suggestions and move reviews are essential.

Very good I am a beginner (500) and feel i am catching on Will let you know after 9980 more games :)

Poorly described "lite" version. Buyer beware. Nowhere in the description does it say that the difficulty of opponent only goes up to beginners. My second grader quickly outgrew it. When I asked for exchange and credit to be applied to PRO, they denied that request. Dont waste your money on this version. Decent program but poorly described lite version and customer service. App is more than just the program.

Great app for chess users. Works well, no bugs, looks good. And they removed the "20 credit" limitation which they needed to. Now its best chess app Ive used

Maybe its the app, or maybe its Apple -- after paying for the upgrade I could never locate (or use) the new, improved product. Buyer beware !!!

Chess Lite is a great app for Chess Players you can play many levels against the computer.

My 6 year old son has played this on my phone for hours on end. Its great to have a wholesale and free game that he cant master in a few weeks and never gets boring. Hes also improved his game with the help of the "set up position" feature. Thank you!

Great way to sharpen your skills. After the 21 lvl warmup, Im going to purchase chess pro.

Im a novice chess player but I really enjoy the ability to get suggested moves from Chess Lite. I think Im improving!
